If you pause at an exact moment between 1:36 and 1:37 you can actually see the witches scary face design reflected on the handheld mirror.

In short: family is haunted family is not haunted family is haunted.

I LOVE THIS! Octavia is gonna make you wish she was your grandma and Anne Hathaway is gonna KILL pretty on the outside, ugly on the inside. Cant WAIT. Buy Your merch Now. I'm totally in. Thjs is about the makers and the fans. Can't wait. The saddest horror movie ever: troll 2.

When sam screamed COLBYYY I broke down in tears

You've probably read your kids this sometimes scary but lovable story book by Roald Dahl (The BFG, James and the Giant Peach, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) this is the film version of the story, with only the ending changed. Basically young Luke (Jasen Fisher) and his Grandma go back to England to live after his parents died, she is his guardian. Then they decide to go on a short hotel holiday after Grandma gets mild diabetes. It is in this hotel that Luke sees a terrible plan by Miss Eva Ernst, or the Grand High Witch (Academy Award winner Anjelica Huston) leader of the many witches in England. They plan to cover sweets and chocolate in a special potion that will turn children into mice! Unfortunately, this is what happens to Luke and his new friend, rich kid Bruno Jenkins (Charlie Potter. Luke (as a Jim Henson made mouse) now plans to stop the witches by putting the potion in the soup for the "Women's Cruelty To Children" party banquet, that's obviously the witches, except not caring for kids. Also starring Jane Horrocks as Miss Irvine, Bill Paterson as Mr. Jenkins, Brenda Blethyn as Mrs. Jenkins, and bumbling Rowan Atkinson as hotel owner Mr. Stringer. It was nominated for a BAFTA Film Award for Best Make-Up. Good.

This show looks cheao and desperate, shame on Marvel, shame on Disney. The narration makes it seem like an episode of Everybody Hates Chris... How can he whistle with his mask on face. In the name of all things holy, can't these idiots come up with an original story line. I mean honestly, Ghostbusters was a flop, Lion King was a flop, Aladdin was a flop, Mulan, beauty and the beast. All these remakes and they were crap. 1:22 Aladdin Would have never granted Jinny His freedom if he knew Will smith would take the form of Anne Hathaway...

I am so woke now thank you Hollywood. Is it really going to have this film or is it just credit. You know what kills the mood of this vid? When Ryan says a bone chilling discovery. then this happens. and an ad for the Lawnmower 3.0 comes up on cue. Dude it's night, I am going to my new school tomorrow and why am I doing this to myself. Yup, imma watch this movie. Favorite invasion film is probably Mars Attacks. Its a dumb, and arguably terrible movie, but I love it.

I killed Spider-Man. Should NOT be something to he proud off. My favourite alien invasion movie is The Mist I have seen it at least 8 times this year alone, and despite the fact that I know how it's going to end I keep hoping for a different ending, damn I must be insane. Tim Burton directed Charlie And The Chocolate Factory starring Johnny Depp as Mr Willy Wonka and Freddie Highmore as Charlie Bucket in 2005 Steven Spielberg directed The BFG starring Sir Mark Rylance as the Big Friendly Giant and Ruby Barnhill as Sophie in 2016 Now Robert Zemnickis and Guillermo Del Toro are bringing The Witches starring Anne Hathaway as The Grand High Witch and Stanley Tucci as Mr Stringer this year.

Are give us a hint that they will buy Warner Bros Or Just a mistake LOL 😂. Have you watched the anime series Parasyte: The Maxim. The 78 version creeped me out for days and left me with something I found hard to shake off. The Thief of Always by Clive Barker felt similar to works. Kids being whisked away to a house where each segment of the day was a different holiday just for the excitement to diminish till escape is desired. Just that whimsical feeling every kid wishes for, to be torn down and twisted into a horror story didn't give me nightmares but those wishes did stop pretty quickly. The painting bit left a big impression on me as a child, too. I actually read that aloud for Banned Books Week at the library where I work once. Another one that always stuck with me was Wait Till Helen Comes by Mary Downing Hahn, which is also a very lonely book with children in mortal terror/dead. A theme, I guess.

Honestly scary stories to tell in the dark was the scariest shit I ever read as a kid, even with the pictures out of the equation (granted the story would've been lackluster without it) the pacing and the reveal was enough to make me hide behind my just as frighten classmates. Im telling my parents this is a “movie” and forcing them to watch it. The girl in the painting was always the scariest thing to me. She lived a whole life all alone.

I guess children nowadays are gonna feel triggered if they see something as scary like the original version. I hate this century. Looks so cute - been along time since a good kid / parent movie came out just for the fun of it! Great cast too - cant wait. Jake: it's like the Jonas brothers without Kevin Me: It's like ONE DIRECTION without zayn☹.
